Marketing Support. At no additional cost, Planet Payment will provide such marketing support as Acquirer may reasonably require in connection with marketing the Acquirer Program to Merchants, including but not limited to:
Marketing Support. Customer grants Company the right to access the Property to market and sell its Services to residents of the Property. Customer shall (i) present Company’s Marketing Materials to new and prospective residents during the initial presentation of rental or for-sale units and at lease signings or closings (ii) make the Marketing Materials available in the sales office or other administrative area to existing residents and (iii) at times and locations mutually agreed to by the parties, allow Company to hold marketing and sales events at the Property (collectively, “Marketing Support”). At Company’s discretion, “Marketing Materials” may include, brochures, channel lineups, service descriptions, and information regarding prices and special offers. Marketing will be either exclusive or non-exclusive, as indicated in the Service Order. Marketing materials shall be provided by Company and delivered to the Property at Company’s sole cost. For Services marketed on an exclusive basis, Customer agrees not to market or allow a third party to market on the Property any services similar to the exclusively marketed Services. For Services marketed on a non-exclusive basis, Customer will market such Services on a materially comparable basis with any third party services (e.g., no favorable treatment in terms of on-site events or location of marketing materials) and Customer will not treat any competing services on a more favorable basis or take actions to position competing service as "preferred" service over Company's Services.
Marketing Support. FASL will, at FASL’s sole cost, provide AMD with all marketing application support reasonably requested by AMD in connection with AMD’s demand creation activities, including by providing AMD with a reasonable number of Product samples for use in connection with AMD’s demand creation activities.
Marketing Support. The Sub-Adviser shall provide marketing support to the Adviser in connection with the sale of Trust shares and/or the sale of variable annuity and variable life insurance contracts issued by Western National Life Insurance Company and its affiliates which may invest in the Trust (collectively, the "Life Company"), as reasonably requested by the Adviser. Such support shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, presentations by representatives of the Sub-Adviser at investment seminars, conferences and other industry meetings. Any materials utilized by the Adviser which contain any information relating to the Sub-Adviser shall be submitted to the Sub-Adviser for approval prior to use, not less than five (5) business days before such approval is needed by the Adviser. Any materials utilized by the Sub-Adviser which contain any information relating to the Adviser, the Life Company (including any information relating to its separate accounts or variable annuity or variable life insurance contracts) or the Trust shall be submitted to the Adviser for approval prior to use, not less than five (5) business days before such approval is needed by the Sub-Adviser.
Marketing Support. GKF, in coordination with Medical Center, shall provide Medical Center with marketing support for the service to be provided by Medical Center using the Equipment. Not less than ninety (90) days prior to the First Procedure Date and the commencement of each succeeding twelve (12) month period during the Term, GKF and Medical Center shall develop a mutually agreed upon marketing budget and plan (“Plan”) for the clinical service to be supported by the Equipment for the succeeding twelve (12) month period of the Term. Once approved, the Plan shall be implemented by Medical Center in accordance with its terms. If Medical Center has not approved or disapproved of the Plan within sixty (60) days following its receipt, Medical Center shall be deemed to have approved the same. All advertisements, brochures and other marketing materials pertaining to the Plan shall be subject to review and written approval by Medical Center and GKF prior to their use. Medical Center and GKF shall discuss the Plan on a regular basis not less than once per quarter. Medical Center’s and any Medical Center subsidiary’s or related corporation’s name, trademarks, service marks, or other identifying names, marks, images or designations shall be and remain the sole and exclusive property of Medical Center, but which may be used in any written pre-approved marketing materials without payment of any license or royalty fee. As funds are expended by Medical Center in accordance with the Plan, Medical Center shall submit invoices (together with documentary evidence supporting the invoices) for its expenditures paid to third parties and, promptly following the receipt of such invoices, GKF shall reimburse Medical Center for * of approved expenditures, provided that such portion to be reimbursed by GKF shall not exceed an average of * annually during the term of the Agreement. It is acknowledged by the parties that such expenses to be reimbursed by GKF as provided in Section 7 have been included in GKF’s calculation of Medical Center’s Purchased Services Payments so as to allow GKF to recover such GKF expenses during the Term of this Agreement.
Marketing Support. After clinical release of the PRODUCT in the EU, Canada or the USA, the PARTIES shall support each other in marketing activities as seen appropriate by each PARTY. Within nine (9) months before the commercial availability of the PRODUCT in the EU, Canada or [***] Indicates portions of this exhibit that have been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to a request for confidential treatment. the USA, the PARTIES shall enter into negotiations about a separate marketing and sales agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to each PARTY. The PARTIES may agree to use the SIEMENS sales and distribution channels for sales activities of the CATHETER TECHNOLOGY and PERIPHERAL TECHNOLOGIES.
Marketing Support. As a means of assisting Licesee, GDSA may, from time-to-time, provide Licensee with creative and collateral content, in standard electronic or similar format, as well as graphics, banners and other marketing promotional and informative material about GDSA and its Plan Offerings (the “Marketing Materials”). All right, title and interest in and to the Marketing Materials shall remain with GDSA (or its affiliated entities). Licensee shall not amend, alter or otherwise change the Marketing Materials without the prior written consent of GDSA.
Marketing Support. Licensor will use best efforts to create editorial content that features Licensed Dispensaries for inclusion in the High Times magazine. Licensor or its affiliates also will create and host dedicated information pages about each Licensed Dispensary which are linked to the Store Directory section of the High Times website, and will feature Licensed Dispensaries in 4:20 Live Instagram programs at least once each calendar quarter. If Licensee timely supplies Licensor with relevant information about its weekly specials, Licensor will assist Licensee in marketing those weekly specials by sending emails or texts to participants in Licensor’s Cannabis Cup events who have supplied such contact information to Licensor or its affiliates and consented to receive such communications.
Marketing Support. Thales will provide Partner marketing literature and sales support as outlined in the Accelerate Partner Portal and the Program Guide, as well as information regarding Product developments, such as changes, additions or new releases.
Marketing Support. The parties obligations with respect to marketing the Perfexion shall continue in the same manner and with the same amounts as set forth in Section 2.d of the First Amendment.
