Common use of Marketing Usage Clause in Contracts

Marketing Usage. Neither Party shall refer to the identity of the other Party in any marketing materials, publications or press releases, or on its website, unless the prior written consent of the other Party has been obtained; provided, however, that Nexthink may, without Customer’s consent, use Customer’s name and/or logo for the limited purpose of identifying Customer as a customer of the Services.
