Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.
Stock Plan Administration Service Provider The Company transfers the Participant's Personal Information to Fidelity Stock Plan Services LLC, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan (the “Stock Plan Administrator”). In the future, the Company may select a different Stock Plan Administrator and share the Participant's Personal Information with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Stock Plan Administrator will open an account for the Participant to receive and trade Shares acquired under the Plan. The Participant will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Stock Plan Administrator, which is a condition to the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan. Shareholder Internet Services The Transfer Agent shall provide internet access to the Fund’s shareholders through a designated web site (“Shareholder Internet Services”), which will be accessed by the Fund’s shareholders via a link on the Fund’s web site. The Shareholder Internet Services will be provided pursuant to established procedures and will allow shareholders to view their account information and perform certain on-line transaction request capabilities. The Shareholder Internet Services shall be provided at no additional charge, other than the transaction fees currently being charged for the different transactions as described on the Fee Schedule. The Transfer Agent reserves the right to charge a fee for this service in the future.
Computer Software All computer applications software, owned or licensed, whether for general business usage (e.g., accounting, word processing, graphics, spreadsheet analysis, etc.), or specific, unique-to-the-business usage, and all computer operating, security or programming software, owned or licensed by Seller and used in the operation of the Business; and
Motorola retains the right to subcontract, in whole or in part, any effort required to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement, provided Motorola shall remain liable for performance hereunder.
Computer Tape The Computer Tape made available by the Seller to the Trust on the Closing Date was complete and accurate as of the Cutoff Date and includes a description of the same Receivables that are described in the Schedule of Receivables.
Financial Market Service Bloomberg Financial Service and any other financial information provider designated by the Depositor by written notice to the Trustee.

Shareholder Information Services (i) Make information available to shareholder servicing unit and other remote access units regarding trade date, share price, current holdings, yields, and dividend information.
