Marks Usage. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, SPEL grants to you and your Affiliates, and you grant to SPEL and its Affiliates, a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free license during the Term to use the Marks of the grantor party or its Affiliate solely to identify Stripe as your service provider.
