F.1.6.3.1 Where a scope of work for a task includes hourly services provided by sub-consultants, subject to the approval of SHA, payments will be subject to a markup of up to 10% to cover the Design Professional’s costs for Business and Occupation taxes, insurance, management of the sub-consultant’s work, and administration of the sub-consultant agreement.
