Subscriber may enroll Subscriber and Subscriber’s spouse or Domestic Partner within thirty-one (31) days after the date of marriage or entry into a domestic partnership. The Effective Date of Coverage is the first day of the month following the date of the event unless otherwise specified and agreed upon by Group and HMO.
