Phishing is the creation and use of email and websites designed to mimic legitimate business emails and websites. The IRS does not initiate contacts with taxpayers via emails. Also, the IRS does not request personal detailed information through email or ask taxpayers for the PIN numbers, passwords, or similar secret access information for their credit card, bank, or other financial accounts. Composition and Priority The Contractor agrees to provide commodities or contractual services to the Customer as specified in the Contract. Additionally, the terms of the Contract supersede the terms of all prior agreements between the Parties on this subject matter.

LIABILITIES OF THE PARTIES 4.1 For non-performance or improper performance of the obligations under this Agreement, the parties shall be liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
IDENTITY OF THE PROPERTY 11.1 The Purchaser shall admit the identity of the Property with that described in the Proclamation of Sale and such other documents offered by the Assignee/Bank as the title to the Property by a comparison of the description in the Proclamation of Sale and the aforesaid documents.
Composition If the Contractor is comprised of more than one legal entity, each such entity shall be jointly and severally liable hereunder.
Searchability Offering searchability capabilities on the Directory Services is optional but if offered by the Registry Operator it shall comply with the specification described in this section.
Liabilities If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to this Section, such termination shall be without liability of any party to any other party except as provided in Section 4 hereof, and provided further that Sections 1, 6, 7 and 8 shall survive such termination and remain in full force and effect.
