Common use of Maryland Law Prevails Clause in Contracts

Maryland Law Prevails. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflicts of law or choice of law principles. Any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the Agreement shall be brought in and heard by the courts of the State of Maryland, and the parties voluntarily consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of this State for any such proceeding.
