Common use of Mask Fees Clause in Contracts

Mask Fees. MTI shall reimburse NetLogic for [*****]% of NetLogic’s actual documented mask costs and costs of mask updates associated with a Product Option paid by NetLogic for the Type I Product. The masks for the Type I Product shall be owned by NetLogic.

MTI NetLogic shall reimburse NetLogic MTI for [*****]% of NetLogicMTI’s actual documented mask costs and costs of mask updates associated with a Product Option paid for Type III Products that are accepted by NetLogic for the Type I ProductNetLogic. The masks for the Type I Product III Products shall be owned by NetLogicMTI.
