Master Agreement and Exhibits. This Incentive Schedule forms part of the Agreement. It is subject to the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement. Unless otherwise defined in this Incentive Schedule, defined terms have the meanings given in the Master Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, references to a “Section” or “Article”, are to sections and articles of this Incentive Schedule.
