Common use of Master Calendar of Reporting Requirements Clause in Contracts

Master Calendar of Reporting Requirements. (MCRR) means the compliance certification duties required of the Academy by the University Board. The University Charter Schools Office may amend the MCRR each fiscal year or at other times as deemed appropriate by the University President. These changes shall be automatically incorporated into the Contract and shall be exempt from the Contract amendment procedures under Article IX of these Terms and Conditions.
