Master Lease Provisions. Notwithstanding anything in this Sublease to the contrary, the rights of Subtenant shall be subject to and limited by the terms and conditions contained in the Master Lease between Sublandlord and the Master Landlord, as it may be amended from time to time. Subtenant hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Master Lease. Sublandlord shall have the right to amend the Master Lease from time to time without the consent of Subtenant provided that any such amendment shall not adversely affect Subtenant's ability to continue its then current operations in the Subdemised Premises, increase any of the rental or other payments required to be made by Subtenant or otherwise materially change the agreement between Subtenant and Sublandlord. Sublandlord shall endeavor to give Subtenant notice of any amendment to the Master Lease, but the failure to give such notice shall not affect the validity of such amendment or its applicability to Subtenant, except that Subtenant shall have no obligation to comply with the terms of any such amendment until it has received a copy. Any rights granted herein which are limited by the Master Lease shall be deemed to be so limited by this Sublease.
Master Lease Provisions. (a) Landlord agrees that it will not cause or permit the Master Lease to be terminated or forfeited without the written consent of Tenant.
Master Lease Provisions. (a) The following terms of the Master Lease shall not apply to the relationship between Licensor and Licensee: Paragraphs 1, 2(a), 2(b), 2(c), 5, 7, 8, 13, 14, 17, 18(b), 21, 24, 25, Exhibits A, B, C;
Master Lease Provisions. Subject to the more specific terms of this ----------------------- Agreement, Subtenant shall assume and perform the obligations of Tenant as Lessee under the Master Lease Provisions attached hereto as Exhibit A, to the extent said terms and conditions are applicable to the Sublease Premises. Further, except where the context indicates to the contrary, and except where otherwise provided in this Agreement, Subtenant shall undertake to perform and shall perform, in favor of and for the benefit of Tenant, all obligations, covenants, and conditions which the Master Lease Provisions impose upon "Lessee" in favor of "Lessor," in the same manner as if such obligations, covenants, and conditions were set forth at length in this Agreement, as obligations, covenants, and conditions of Subtenant in favor of Tenant. Sub-tenant shall not commit, or permit to be committed, on the Premises any act or omission which shall violate any term or condition of the Master Lease Provisions. In the event of the termination of Tenant's interest as Lessee under the Master Lease for any reason, then this Agreement shall terminate coincidentally therewith, without any liability of Tenant to Subtenant or Subtenant to Tenant. Such Master Lease Provisions, along with all of the other terms set forth in this Agreement, shall be the complete terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Master Lease Provisions. In cases of any conflicts between the terms of this Sublease and the terms of the Master Lease, the terms of this Sublease shall prevail. All terms and conditions of the Master Lease that are inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this Sublease are excluded from this Sublease, including, without limitation, Paragraphs 4, 5, and 20 (to the extent that said Paragraph 20 may negatively affect Sublessee's right to the quiet enjoyment, possession, and use of the Premises). All of the terms and conditions contained in the Master Lease that are not inconsistent with this Sublease are incorporated herein (with each reference therein to Lessor and Lessee to be deemed to refer to Sublessor and Sublessee), and, together with the terms and conditions set forth herein, shall constitute all of the terms and provisions of this Sublease.

Master Lease Provisions. (a) Landlord acknowledges that the Master Lease may contain provisions that make Master Lease Tenant responsible for payment of certain items and for performance of certain actions that are the responsibility of Tenant hereunder. Provided Landlord is the tenant under the Master Lease, Landlord agrees that the terms and provisions of the Master Lease as to responsibility for payment of these items and performance of those obligations shall control.
