Sublease Subordinate. This Sublease is subordinate and subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Master Lease. If the Master Lease terminates for any reason whatsoever, this Sublease shall terminate concurrently, and the parties hereto shall be relieved of any liability thereafter accruing under this Sublease, except for the liabilities of the parties which by the terms of this Sublease survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease.

Sublease Subordinate. This Sublease and all the rights of parties hereunder are subject and subordinate to the Master Lease. In the event the Master Lease is terminated for any reason, then, on the date of such termination, this Sublease automatically shall terminate and be of no further force or effect, and the parties hereto shall be relieved of any liability thereafter accruing, except for liabilities of that parties that by the terms of this Sublease shall survive expiration or earlier termination. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of the rejection by Master Landlord of the Master Lease which is approved, consented to or authorized by a bankruptcy court in a bankruptcy proceeding, then so long as Sublandlord has not elected (under Section 365(h)(1)(A) of the Bankruptcy Code or successor statute) to treat such rejection as a termination of the Master Lease and remains in possession of the Premises, Sublandlord agrees to recognize the estate of Subtenant under this Sublease and this Sublease shall continue, except to the extent restricted by court order or other legal restraint. Each party agrees that it will not, by its act or omission to act, cause a default under the Master Lease which would lead to the termination of the Master Lease by Master Landlord. In furtherance of the foregoing, the parties hereby confirm, each to the other, that as time is of the essence it is not practical in this Sublease agreement to enumerate all of the rights and obligations of the various parties under the Master Lease and specifically to allocate those rights and obligations in this Sublease agreement. Accordingly, in order to afford to Subtenant the benefits of this Sublease and of those provisions of the Master Lease which by their nature are intended to benefit the party in possession of the Premises, and in order to protect Sublandlord against a default by Subtenant which might cause a default or event of default by Sublandlord under the Master Lease:
Sublease Subordinate. This Agreement for sublease is at all times subject and subordinate to the Lease Agreement dated December 5, 2012 (“Master Lease”), between Landlord (as lessee) and DLC Indiana Street (“Master Landlord”) as Lessor. The provisions of the Master Lease set forth on Exhibit E are incorporated hereby by this reference and apply to Tenant to the same extent as they apply to Landlord.

Sublease Subordinate. This Sublease Agreement shall be subject and --------------------- subordinate to any mortgage now or hereafter placed on the Main Premises, or any portion or portions thereof or interest therein. This paragraph 11 shall be self-operative and no further instrument of subordination shall be required.
Sublease Subordinate. Except as set forth herein, the subletting under this Sublease shall be on the same terms and conditions as are contained in the Base Lease but Sublessee does not assume any of American's obligations to Landlord thereunder. Further, Sublessee acknowledges and agrees that this Sublease shall be in all respects subject and subordinate to the Base Lease and to all amendments to the Base Lease heretofore and hereafter entered into in accordance with this Sublease. Sublessee hereby acknowledges that the Base Lease is subordinate to certain airport revenue bonds, as described in the Base Lease.
Sublease Subordinate. This Sublease and the rights of Tenant under this Sublease shall at all times be subordinate to the terms of a certain Lease, dated February 10, 1995, between Landlord, as tenant, and B H Piersma Real Estate II, L.L.C. ("X X XXXXXXX"), as landlord ("MASTER XXXXX"). X copy of the Master Landlord Nondisturbance Agreement is attached as Exhibit C. In the event the terms of this Sublease conflict with the terms of the Master Lease, the terms of the Master Lease shall control. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord warrants to Tenant that Landlord has the right to sublease the Premises.
