Sublease Subordinate. This Sublease is subordinate and subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Master Lease. If the Master Lease terminates for any reason whatsoever, this Sublease shall terminate concurrently, and the parties hereto shall be relieved of any liability thereafter accruing under this Sublease, except for the liabilities of the parties which by the terms of this Sublease survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease.
Sublease Subordinate. This Sublease and all the rights of parties hereunder are subject and subordinate to the Master Sublease and the Master Lease. Each party agrees that it will not, by its act or omission to act, cause a default under the Master Sublease or the Master Lease. In furtherance of the foregoing, the parties hereby confirm, each to the other, that it is not practical in this Sublease agreement to enumerate all of the rights and obligations of the various parties under the Master Sublease and Master Lease and specifically to allocate those rights and obligations in this Sublease agreement. Accordingly, in order to afford to Subtenant the benefits of this Sublease and of those provisions of the Master Sublease which by their nature are intended to benefit the party in possession of the Sublease Premises, and in order to protect Sublandlord against a default by Subtenant which might cause a default or event of default by Sublandlord under the Master Sublease: (a) Provided Subtenant shall timely pay all Rent when and as due under this Sublease, Sublandlord shall pay, when and as due, all base rent, additional rent and other charges payable by Sublandlord to Master Sublandlord under the Master Sublease; (b) Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, Sublandlord shall perform its covenants and obligations under the Master Sublease which do not require for their performance possession of the Sublease Premises and which are not otherwise to be performed hereunder by Subtenant on behalf of Sublandlord. For example, Sublandlord shall at all times keep in full force and effect all insurance required of Sublandlord as Subtenant under the Master Sublease. (c) Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, Subtenant shall perform all affirmative covenants and shall refrain from performing any act which is prohibited by the negative covenants of the Master Sublease, where the obligation to perform or refrain from performing is by its nature imposed upon the party in possession of the Sublease Premises and such performance is not required as a result of a breach or default by Sublandlord under this Sublease and/or the Master Sublease. If practicable, Subtenant shall perform affirmative covenants which are also covenants of Sublandlord under the Master Sublease at least five (5) days prior to the date when Sublandlord's performance is required
Sublease Subordinate. This Agreement for sublease is at all times subject and subordinate to the Lease Agreement dated December 5, 2012 (“Master Lease”), between Landlord (as lessee) and DLC Indiana Street (“Master Landlord”) as Lessor. The provisions of the Master Lease set forth on Exhibit E are incorporated hereby by this reference and apply to Tenant to the same extent as they apply to Landlord.

Sublease Subordinate. The Sublease is and shall be at all times subject (as such terms apply to the Premises) and subordinate to the Master Lease. Nothing in this Consent shall be construed to amend or waive any of the provisions, covenants or conditions in the Master Lease, except as expressly stated herein.
Sublease Subordinate. This Sublease Agreement shall be subject and subordinate to any mortgage now or hereafter placed on the Main Premises, or any portion or portions thereof or interest therein. This Section 13 shall be self-operative and no further instrument of subordination shall be required.
Sublease Subordinate. This Sublease and the rights of Tenant under this Sublease shall at all times be subordinate to the terms of a certain Lease, dated February 10, 1995, between Landlord, as tenant, and B H Piersma Real Estate II, L.L.C. In the event the terms of this Sublease conflict with the terms of the Master Lease, the terms of the Master Lease shall control. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord warrants to Tenant that Landlord has the right to sublease the Premises.
Sublease Subordinate. This Sublease is subject and subordinate to the Base Lease and to all leases, mortgages, deeds of trust, and other rights and encumbrances to which the Base Lease is subject or subordinate. Although this provision is self-operative, Subtenant will execute any instrument reasonably required by Sublandlord (or required of Sublandlord under the Base Lease) or Owner to confirm such subordination within 5 days after Sublandlord’s request or upon such earlier time if required by the Base Lease.
Sublease Subordinate. Except as set forth herein, the subletting under this Sublease shall be on the same terms and conditions as are contained in the Base Lease but Sublessee does not assume any of American's obligations to Landlord thereunder. Further, Sublessee acknowledges and agrees that this Sublease shall be in all respects subject and subordinate to the Base Lease and to all amendments to the Base Lease heretofore and hereafter entered into in accordance with this Sublease. Nothing contained in this Sublease shall be deemed to confer upon Sublessee any rights which are in conflict with the Base Lease, as the same may be altered or amended from time to time. Sublessee shall not do or permit to be done any act or thing which would contravene the terms or conditions of the Base Lease, and the Base Lease shall govern in the event of a conflict with this Sublease. In the event that the Base Lease is canceled or terminated for any reason, the Term of this Sublease shall automatically terminate simultaneously therewith. Sublessee hereby acknowledges that the Base Lease is subordinate to certain airport revenue bonds, as described in the Base Lease.
