Common use of Master Lease Representations Clause in Contracts

Master Lease Representations. (a) The Master Lease is in full force and effect and has not been modified or amended in any manner whatsoever, (b) there are no material defaults under the Master Lease by Master Lessee or Borrower, and, to the best of Borrower’s knowledge, no event has occurred which but for the passage of time, or notice, or both would constitute a material default under the Master Lease, (c) all rents, additional rents and other sums due and payable under the Master Lease as of the date hereof have been paid in full, and (d) neither Master Lessee nor Borrower has commenced any action or given or received any notice for the purpose of terminating the Master Lease.
