Master Schedules. The principal of each building shall accept written suggestions from any teacher of that building until March 1 for consideration for inclusion in the master schedule. The Building Leadership Team shall meet to view the master schedule of each building. Suggestions for modification will be considered; however, the final responsibility for a workable schedule rests with the building principal. Tentative master schedules shall be available to the building staff by July 15.
Master Schedules. Master Schedules will be maintained reflecting consistency with allocation of available shifts. A Master Schedule is defined as a line of hours offered to and accepted by an employee. The employer shall not make permanent change to the master schedule without providing the union with a 60 day written notice.
Master Schedules i) Where possible, master schedules will be created for a full time nurse. Where existing master schedules exist for part-time nurses they will continue, consistent with the following process. ii) Where master schedules are introduced to a unit, nurses may indicate their selection by seniority. iii) Notice to change the master schedule will be provided in writing sixty (60) days in advance. iv) When master schedules are revised, selection of new lines shall be on the basis of seniority taking into consideration, skill mix, experience and skill distribution. v) A copy of all new or revised master schedules will be provided to the Bargaining Unit President for review prior to being implemented.

Master Schedules. Attached to this Master Agreement are schedules (the "Master Schedules") that contain specific provisions that apply to the Services generally or provide a form to be used in preparation of Service Agreements. Master Schedules. Revisions to any Master schedule shall be brought to a scheduling sub- committee of the Hospital-Association Committee for discussion. If the nurses on a unit propose changes to the master schedule and if those changes are operationally acceptable to the Hospital, master schedules on the unit may be changed if sixty-six percent (66%) of the nurses directly affected so indicate by secret ballot conducted jointly by the Hospital and the Union. The Hospital reserves the right to change master schedules for operational reasons.

Supervisors retain the authority to restrict individual schedules for valid business reasons and to accomplish the research in an effective manner. D. An employee may elect a tour of duty that will allow the normally scheduled shift to start and be completed within normal location hours of 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. E. The master schedule requires approval by the immediate supervisor or designee.
