Master Schedules. Master Schedules will be maintained reflecting consistency with allocation of available shifts. A Master Schedule is defined as a line of hours offered to and accepted by an employee. The employer shall not make permanent change to the master schedule without providing the union with a 60 day written notice.

Master Schedules i) Where possible, master schedules will be created for a full time nurse. Where existing master schedules exist for part-time nurses they will continue, consistent with the following process. ii) Where master schedules are introduced to a unit, nurses may indicate their selection by seniority. iii) Notice to change the master schedule will be provided in writing sixty (60) days in advance. iv) When master schedules are revised, selection of new lines shall be on the basis of seniority taking into consideration, skill mix, experience and skill distribution. v) A copy of all new or revised master schedules will be provided to the Bargaining Unit President for review prior to being implemented.

Master Schedules. Master rotation schedules will be developed by the Employer jointly with Employees from all units and reviewed by the scheduling committee as per C.10.

Master Schedules. Attached to this Master Agreement are schedules (the "Master Schedules") that contain specific provisions that apply to the Services generally or provide a form to be used in preparation of Service Agreements. The Master Schedules shall apply to all Service Agreements unless the Parties expressly agree otherwise.

Master Schedules. Spirit acknowledges and affirms its obligations as set forth in the Agreements to support its recovery plans and Boeing-issued master schedules, including the associated rate breaks issued in accordance with the terms of the Agreements, and subject to the Excusable Delay provisions of the respective Agreements. Spirit will demonstrate rate readiness prior to all rate breaks in accordance with the terms of the Agreements, and will submit rate-readiness plans to Boeing that will address Spirit’s plans for staffing, training, supply chain readiness, factory capacity, and other appropriate elements as reasonably requested by Boeing.

Master Schedules. A master schedule for each school will be furnished to each professional employee on the first day of school and updates provided to each teacher in October and February. Copies of all changes shall be forwarded to the Federation President.

Master Schedules. Revisions to any Master schedule shall be brought to a scheduling sub- committee of the Hospital-Association Committee for discussion. If the nurses on a unit propose changes to the master schedule and if those changes are operationally acceptable to the Hospital, master schedules on the unit may be changed if sixty-six percent (66%) of the nurses directly affected so indicate by secret ballot conducted jointly by the Hospital and the Union. The Hospital reserves the right to change master schedules for operational reasons.

Master Schedules. A. The purpose of the master schedule is to have a written record of the employee's regular scheduled tour of duty for safety matters, to ensure proper pay practice, and to coordinate work effort to meet mission goals. Employees may elect to submit a master schedule in WebTA. Annually, employees will submit a master schedule to their first line supervisor. B. The supervisor will ensure that the scheduling of master schedules is fair and equitable for the employees that they supervise. C. Supervisors retain the authority to restrict individual schedules for valid business reasons and to accomplish the research in an effective manner. D. An employee may elect a tour of duty that will allow the normally scheduled shift to start and be completed within normal location hours of 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. E. The master schedule requires approval by the immediate supervisor or designee.
