Master Servicer as Agent. In order to facilitate the servicing of the Mortgage Loans by the Master Servicer of such Mortgage Loans, the Master Servicer of the Mortgage Loans has been appointed by the Trust to retain, in accordance with the provisions of the Sale and Servicing Agreement and this Indenture, all Servicer Remittance Amounts on such Mortgage Loans prior to their deposit into the related Payment Account on or prior to the related Servicer Payment Date.
