MASTER SERVICER COVENANTS CONCERNING YEAR 2000 COMPLIANCE. The Master Servicer covenants that it is working to modify its computer and other systems used in the performance of its duties as Master Servicer for the Certificates to operate in a manner such that, on and after January 1, 2000, the Master Servicer can perform its duties in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
