Master Servicer Monthly Data. On or before noon California time on the Determination Date, the Master Servicer shall provide by modem to the Trustee with respect to the Mortgage Loans, an electronic data file (accompanied by a hardcopy report) in a format which is mutually agreed upon by the Master Servicer and the Trustee. The Trustee shall be under no duty to recalculate, verify or recompute the information provided to it by the Master Servicer hereunder.
