Common use of Master Trust Agreement Clause in Contracts

Master Trust Agreement. These By-Laws shall be subject to the Master Trust Agreement, as from time to time in effect (the “Master Trust Agreement”), of Xxx Xxx Funds, the Massachusetts business trust established by the Master Trust Agreement (the “Trust”).
