Common use of Master Trust Financial Reports Clause in Contracts

Master Trust Financial Reports. The Master Trust has advised each Underwriter of the availability of each Annual Report on Form 10-K and each Current Report on Form 8-K for the most recent fiscal year of the Master Trust for which such reports are available as filed with the Commission. Except as set forth in or contemplated in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus, there has been no material adverse change in the condition (financial or otherwise) of the Master Trust or in the earnings, business or prospects of the credit card business relating to the credit card accounts included in the Master Trust, whether or not arising from transactions in the ordinary course of business, since the end of the most recent fiscal period of the Master Trust for which the Master Trust has filed an Annual Report on Form 10-K or a Current Report on Form 8-K.
