Common use of Masterbatch Clause in Contracts

Masterbatch. Any formulation of the Materials which shall be designated by NTI, as appropriate, to be applied to the specific requirements for corrosion protection, as afforded by the Product, of a known customer desirous of protecting an identified object (or objects) which are to be subjected to an anticipated certain range of corrosive influences. In addition to Materials, Masterbatch shall generally also contain other substances for the purpose of facilitating the manufacture of Product utilizing the Process.
