Mastercard Contribution. Subject to the conditions stated herein and compliance by Merchant with its obligations stated in paragraph 2 below, Mastercard will provide the support in cash and/or in kind described in Exhibit X-0, X-0 or A-3 attached hereto (the “Mastercard Contribution”) for use in the framework of the Marketing Initiative.

Příspěvek Mastercard. Za zde uvedených podmínek a pokud obchodník bude jednat v souladu se svými povinnostmi uvedenými níže v odstavci 2, poskytne Mastercard podporu v hotovosti a/nebo v naturáliích popsaných v přiložených vzorech A-1, A-2 nebo A-3 (dále jen „příspěvek Mastercard“) k použití v rámci marketingové iniciativy.
