Matching Contribution Forfeitures Reduce Employer Contribution. Forfeitures attributable to that portion of an Executive’s account which consists of Company matching contributions during a calendar year which are not used to restore Executives’ Accounts as of the last day of such calendar year shall reduce the Company’s matching contributions for such year and shall be allocated as of the last day of the calendar year to the Company matching contribution portion of the Accounts of the Executives then participating in the Plan as provided in Article 4.
