Years of Service for Vesting. If the vesting schedule under the Plan shifts in or out of the above schedule for any Plan Year because of the Plan's top-heavy status, such shift is an amendment to the vesting schedule and the election in Section 15.2(G) of the Plan applies.
Years of Service for Vesting shall exclude (check one):
(1) x for new plans, service prior to the Effective Date as defined in Section 1.01(e)(1).
(2) o for existing plans converting from another plan document, service prior to the original Effective Date as defined in Section 1.01(e)(2).

Years of Service for Vesting. For vesting purposes, a Participant shall receive credit for all Years of Service as defined under Article III of this Plan and Trust Agreement.

Years of Service for Vesting. Purposes For purposes of computing an Employee's nonforfeitable right to his or her Account balance derived from Employer contributions, Years of Service and Breaks in Service shall be measured by Plan Years.
Years of Service for Vesting. For purposes of determining a participant's vested percentage, all of his years of service will be counted, including any period of Military Absence, except that, if the adoption agreement specifically so provides, the following years of service will not be counted:
(a) years of service completed before age 18;
(b) years of service before the employer maintained this plan or a predecessor plan. A plan is a predecessor plan if it was terminated on or after the date it was required to comply with ERISA and within five years before or after the effective date of this plan. A plan is not treated as a predecessor plan with respect to an employee unless he was a participant in such plan.
