Material Amendment. 6.13.1 Any material amendment to this Agreement will be effective only with approval of MCSAB and the Charter School’s Governing Board of Directors. A Material Amendment shall not become effective and the Charter Operator shall not take action or implement the changes requested in the amendment until the amendment is approved by MCSAB. 6.13.2 The Charter Operator will submit any proposed Material Amendment in accordance with guidance promulgated by MCSAB. 6.13.3 Changes to the Agreement that constitute Material Amendments shall be identified in MCSAB contract amendment policy.
