R.S. § 17:3992, Charter Operator shall provide all relevant data to OPSB in a usable electronic form, and erase, destroy, and render unreadable all remaining personally identifiable data in its entirety in a manner that prevents its physical reconstruction through the use of commonly available file restoration utilities, and certify in writing that these actions have been completed within 30 (thirty) days of the termination of this Agreement.

Disposal of Information. Sublessee agrees that at the termination of this Attachment and the Agreement, it must return all data to Sublessor, unless a copy must be retained by law, in a usable electronic form, and erase, destroy, and render unreadable all Sublessor data in its entirety in a manner that prevents its physical reconstruction through the use of commonly available file restoration utilities, and certify in writing that these actions have been completed within 30 (thirty) days of the termination of this Attachment or the Agreement or within 7 (seven) days at the request of Sublessor, whichever shall come first.
