Common use of Material Contracts Furnished Clause in Contracts

Material Contracts Furnished. Premier has made available to Xxxxx true and complete copies of all material contracts, leases and other agreements to which Premier or any Premier Subsidiary are parties or by which they are bound and of all employment, pension, retirement, stock option, profit sharing and deferred compensation, consultant, bonus, group insurance or similar plans with respect to any of the directors, officers, or other employees of Premier or any Premier Subsidiary.
