Material Furnished By Others. In the event the scope of work includes installation of material or equipment furnished by others, it shall be the responsibility of Contractor to examine the items so provided and thereupon unload, lift, handle, store and install the items with such skill and care as to insure a satisfactory installation. Loss or damage due to acts of Contractor shall be charged to the account of Contractor and deducted from monies owed to Contractor under this Agreement.
