1. The Work.
Supplementary Conditions. That part of the Contract Documents which amends or supplements this Agreement, if any.
Supplementary Conditions. The part of the Contract Documents which amends or supplements the General Terms and Conditions, including any conditions imposed by a grant funding agency.
Supplementary Conditions. Supplementary Conditions relating to a specific Service apply to the following products:

(b) Data and Ethernet Services
(c) Phlexcom MTX Services
(d) Maintenance Services

Supplementary Conditions. These Supplementary Conditions amend or supplement the Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract and other provisions of the Contract Documents as indicted below. All provisions which are not so amended or supplemented remain in full force and effect.
