Time spent on these activities will be billed to the Facility at the TVI hourly rate at the rates specified in Exhibit A.   • Material Project Documents (a) The Borrower shall at all times (i) perform and observe all of the covenants under the Material Project Documents to which it is a party, (ii) take reasonable actions to enforce all of its rights thereunder, and (iii) maintain the Leases to which it or any of its Subsidiaries is a party in full force and effect, except to the extent the same could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
