Material Preparation Fee. In partial consideration of the rights granted hereunder Company will pay to Fred Hutch a non-refundable, non-creditable material preparation fee (“Material Fee”) of one thousand Dollars U.S. ($1000 USD) due thirty (30) days from Company’s receipt of an applicable invoice from Fred Hutch.
