Common use of Material Project Documents and Permits Clause in Contracts

Material Project Documents and Permits. Deliver to the Disbursement Agent, the Funding Agents and the Construction Consultant promptly, but in no event later than twenty (20) days after the receipt thereof by the Company, copies of (a) all Material Project Documents and Permits obtained or entered into by the Company or any other Loan Party after the Closing Date, (b) any amendment, supplement or other modification to any Permit received by the Company or any other Loan Party after the Closing Date.
