Common use of Material Properties Clause in Contracts

Material Properties. ‌ (a) The Recipient must inspect the Material before accepting delivery to ensure that it meets the requirements of this Agreement. The Transferor does not give any assurance that the Material is suitable for the Permitted Use, and any use of the Material will be at the Recipient's own risk.
