Material Recycling Facility. All Source Separated Recyclable Materials Collected as a result of performing Residential Source Separated Recycling Collection Services shall be delivered to a Material Recycling Facility. Failure to comply with this provision shall result in the levy of an administrative charge as specified in Article 17 of this Contract and may result in the CONTRACTOR being in default under this Contract.
Material Recycling Facility. Subject to Section 8.03, all Recyclable Materials Collected as a result of performing recycling services must be delivered to the Material Recycling Facility. Failure to comply with this provision will result in the levy of an administrative charge as specified in this Agreement and may result in CONTRACTOR being in default under this Agreement.
