SERVICES PROVIDED BY CONTRACTOR. The Contractor shall provide mandatory Curbside Residential Collection Services, Multifamily Solid Waste Collection Service and Multifamily Recycling Collection Service in the Service Area. The right to provide such Collection Services in the Service Area shall be exclusive to the Contractor. An unlimited quantity of materials may be placed out for Collection under the Curbside Residential Collection Services programs. The County or its designee will be responsible for the billing and collection of payments for the mandatory Curbside Residential Collection Service.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY CONTRACTOR. A. Contractor shall provide on a non-exclusive basis such land related services as Company may request from time to time and Contractor agrees to perform such services. Those services shall generally relate to services and duties that are customarily a part of the oil and gas or mineral land function.
B. The specific services to be provided in connection with any particular project shall be specified in a written Work Order in substantially the form of the attached Exhibit "A" (the "Work Order"). In the event of a conflict between this Contract and any term of the Work Order, the specific terms of the Work Order shall control with respect to the services relating to the relevant project. In all other respects, and in the absence of a Work Order, the terms and provisions of this Contract shall control the relationship between Company and Contractor .
C. All work and services provided by Contractor pursuant to this Contract shall be performed according to the specifications of Company, in a good and xxxxxxx-like manner, with diligence and in accordance with good industry practices and procedures. Company shall exercise no control over Contractor's (i) employees, servants, agents representatives, or subcontractors, (ii) the employees, servants, agents or representatives of its subcontractors, or (iii) the methods or means employed by Contractor or its subcontractors in the performance of such work or services, Company being solely interested in the attainment of the desired results.
D. Neither party may assign, or transfer this Contract, or any part thereof, without the advance written consent of the other. Any permitted assignee, transferee, delegatee or sub-contractor that performs any part of the services or other matters contracted for herein shall be bound by all of the terms and covenants of this Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company expressly agrees that Contractor ( ) may, ( ) may not, utilize or employ sub-brokers in performance of such services under this Contract as Contractor sees fit, which sub-brokers shall for all purposes hereunder be deemed to be subcontractors or employees, as the case may be, of Contractor. Company shall never have any duty or liability to such sub-contractors, including without limitation the obligation to pay to a subcontractor any fees, charges, per diem or expenses incurred in performance of this Contract. SERVICES PROVIDED BY CONTRACTOR. Section 3.1 Contractor agrees to provide veterinary care in the form of professional diagnoses, treatment, nursing care, dentistry, surgery, consultation and professional recommendations to Client’s patrons on the premises of Client’s veterinary practice. Contractor shall provide these services on the dates and times set forth in the Services Schedule attached hereto and as updated from time to time by agreement of the parties.
Section 3.2 Contractor retains sole and absolute discretion and judgment in the manner, method, and means of performing Contractor’s duties under this Agreement. This shall include, but not be limited to, Contractor’s right to prescribe, treat, and diagnose in accordance with Contractor’s professional judgment. Client shall not have any right to control or determine the means or methods used by Contractor.
Section 3.3 Scheduled appointments and surgeries will be covered within the duties to be performed by Contractor as well as emergencies or non-scheduled procedures that may arise, with acceptance and timing of such duties to be at the discretion of Contractor.
Section 3.4 Contractor shall retain the right to either personally perform the duties covered by this Agreement, or provide other licensed veterinarians to perform said duties. Contractor may, at Contractor’s own expense, provide such assistants as Contractor deems necessary to perform the services required by this Agreement. Client may not control, direct, or supervise Contractor’s subcontractors, assistants, or employees in the performance of those services. Contractor assumes full and sole responsibility for the payment of all compensation and expenses of these assistants.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY CONTRACTOR. Subject to the terms hereof, Contractor shall provide the services ("Services") described on Exhibit A, beginning January 15, 2001.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY CONTRACTOR. The Contractor shall provide mandatory Residential automated or semi-automated Solid Waste Collection Services and Residential Recycling Collection Services in the Service Area. The right to provide such Collection Services in the Service Area shall be exclusive to the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide Commercial Solid Waste Collection Services in the Service Area, which shall be an exclusive right to the Contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for the billing and collection of Commercial Solid Waste Collection Services and disposal costs not being billed and collected by the Authority or its designee. Roll-off Collection Services shall not be exclusive to the Contractor. Commercial Vegetative Waste and Construction and Demolition Debris (C&D) shall not be exclusive to the Contractor. Collection of Solid Waste contained in roll-off containers for businesses in the Service Area is exclusive to the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide Commercial Recycling Collection Services in the Service Area upon request by the Customer or the Authority, or through the solicitation efforts of the Contractor. However, Commercial Recycling Collection Services are not exclusive to the Contractor in the Service Area. The Contractor shall use good faith and its best efforts to cooperate with any commercial recycling haulers collecting Source Separated Recovered Materials from commercial customers in the Service Area.

a. “Workshops,” which include community events where individuals are assisted with eligibility screening, document assembly, and application assistance. Screening services are initial legal review processes used to assess an individual’s potential eligibility for DACA or other immigration remedies. The purpose of this service is to provide individuals with quality, competent assistance with attorneys and/or BIA accredited representatives conducting final review and approval of application submissions.
b. “Direct Representation,” which is legal representation that is provided by a BIA accredited representative or attorney for a complex case, defined above, and not handled in a workshop setting.
c. Contractor will prioritize services provided under this agreement to communities that are underserved, hard-to-reach and low-income.

SERVICES PROVIDED BY CONTRACTOR. County enters into this Agreement with Contractor to enforce by suit or otherwise the collection of taxes, penalty and interest accrued on those taxes, owing to County and all other taxing jurisdictions whose taxes are collected by Contractor.
