Material Supplier. Material supplier" means any person or entity that has furnished or contracted to furnish materials or supplies in connection with a construction contract. [PL 1993, c. 461, §1 (NEW).]
Material Supplier. “Material Supplier” is defined in Section 3.26 of the Agreement.
Material Supplier. 1.17.1. A Material Supplier is any person or entity that only furnishes materials, equipment or supplies for the Work without fabricating, installing or consuming them in the performance of the Work of the Contract.
