Operating Amount definition

Operating Amount means an amount, whether positive or negative, equal to the Interim Revenue Amount minus the Interim Expense Amount and calculated in a manner that is consistent with the illustrative calculation in Exhibit C; provided, that, notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, for purposes of computing the Operating Amount for a Closing Date that occurs on a day other than the first day of a month, the components of the Operating Amount related to the operations of the Company during the Closing Month will be allocated to the Interim Period on a pro rata basis using a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in the Closing Month prior to the Closing Date and the denominator of which is the number of days in the Closing Month.
Operating Amount means Cdn. $35,000,000 or such other maximum amount as may be available to the Borrower from time to time under the Operating Credit Agreement;
Operating Amount means $22,000,000.

Examples of Operating Amount in a sentence

  • In the event the Excess Operating Amount exceeds the amount of the Management Fee or Administrative Fee for the month, as applicable, RE Advisers, in addition to waiving its entire Management Fee or Administrative Fee for such month, shall also assume as its own expense and reimburse the Fund for the difference between the Excess Operating Amount and the Management Fee or Administrative Fee.

  • In the event that RE Advisers is liable for an Excess Operating Amount with respect to a Fund pursuant to Section 1.3, RE Advisers shall pay such Excess Operating Amount by first waiving or reducing (i) its Management Fee for such month, in the case of a Fund other than the Stock Index Fund, or (ii) its Administrative Fee for such month, in the case of the Stock Index Fund.

  • If the annualized Fund Operating Expenses for any month exceed the Operating Expense Limit, the Investment Manager shall first waive or reduce its investment management fee for such month, as appropriate, to the extent necessary to pay such Excess Operating Amount.

  • To determine the Investment Manager's liability for the Excess Operating Amount, the Fund Operating Expenses shall be annualized monthly as of the last day of the month.

  • If the year to date Fund Operating Expenses for any month exceed the year to date Operating Expense Limit, the Investment Manager shall first waive or reduce its investment management fee for such month, as appropriate, to the extent necessary to pay such Excess Operating Amount.

  • Ceiling Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.10(a).

  • Consolidated Depreciation and Amortization Expense means, with respect to any Person for any period, the total amount of depreciation and amortization expense, including the amortization of deferred financing fees or costs, capitalized expenditures, customer acquisition costs and incentive payments, conversion costs and contract acquisition costs, the amortization of original issue discount resulting from the issuance of Indebtedness at less than par and amortization of favorable or unfavorable lease assets or liabilities, of such Person and its Restricted Subsidiaries for such period on a consolidated basis and otherwise determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.

  • Balance Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1 of this Agreement.
