Common use of Materiality Of Application To Rent Clause in Contracts

Materiality Of Application To Rent. All representations made by Tenant on the application (or like-titled document) (defined as “Application to Rent") are material to the grant of this Agreement, and the Agreement is granted only on the condition of the truthfulness and accuracy of said representations. If a failure to disclose or lack of truthfulness is discovered on said Application to Rent, Landlord may deem Tenant to be in breach of this Agreement and shall be good cause for termination.
