Materiality Of Application To Rent. All representations made by the TENANT on the Application for Occupancy are material to the LANDLORD’S grant of this Lease and the Lease is granted only on the condition of the accuracy and truthfulness of said TENANT’S representations in the Application for Occupancy. If a failure to disclose or lack of truthfulness is discovered on said application, the LANDLORD may deem the TENANT to be in breach of this Lease and may terminate this Lease.
