Common use of MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT FLOATER Clause in Contracts

MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT FLOATER. The Contractor shall procure, and shall maintain during the performance of the Contract Agreement, Materials and Equipment Floater Insurance to protect the interests of the Owner, the Contractor, and subcontractors against loss by vandalism, malicious mischief, and all hazards included in a standard All Risk Endorsement. The amount of the insurance shall at all times equal or exceed the full amount of the Contract plus $30,000.00 for Owner furnished materials. The policies shall be in the names of the Owner and the Contractor.
