Common use of Materials Certifications Clause in Contracts

Materials Certifications. GSK shall prepare or cause to be prepared by its suppliers, as the case may be, all certifications as to any Materials and API raw materials and intermediates (identified on Schedule 4.6(c)) required by cGMPs or Applicable Laws (each, a "Materials Certification"). Such Materials Certifications shall include, without limitation, any and all required certifications related to Materials derived from animal products.
