Common use of MATINEE PERFORMANCES Clause in Contracts

MATINEE PERFORMANCES. The EMPLOYER agrees that there shall be a minimum period of three (3) hours intervening between the conclusion of any matinee performance and the commencement of the evening performance during which period the ARTIST may not be required to rehearse, travel and/or perform. However, there may be a two and one-half (2-1/2) hour time span between performances during NUTCRACKER seasons.

MATINEE PERFORMANCES. The EMPLOYER agrees that there shall be a minimum period of three (3) hours intervening between the conclusion of any matinee performance and the commencement of the evening performance during which period the ARTIST may not be required to rehearse, travel and/or perform. However, there may be a two and one-half (2-1/22.5) hour time span between performances during NUTCRACKER seasonsNutcracker season.

MATINEE PERFORMANCES. The EMPLOYER agrees that there shall be a minimum period of three not less than two and one half (32 ½) hours intervening between the conclusion of any matinee performance (curtain down) and the commencement of the evening performance (curtain up), during which period the ARTIST may not be required to rehearse, travel and/or perform. However, there may be a two and one-half (2-1/2) hour time The span between performances during NUTCRACKER seasonsthe advertised curtain time for the matinee performance and the evening performance shall be not less than five (5) hours.

MATINEE PERFORMANCES. The EMPLOYER Employer agrees that there shall be a minimum period of three (3) hours intervening between the conclusion of any matinee performance and the commencement of the evening performance during which period the ARTIST Artist may not be required to rehearse, travel and/or perform. However, there may be a two and one-half (2-1/2) hour time span between performances intermission during NUTCRACKER Nutcracker seasons.

However, there may be a two and one-half (2-2- 1/2) hour time span between performances during NUTCRACKER seasonsseasons during which the ARTIST may not be required to rehearse, travel, and/or perform.
