Matters Pertaining to Company Options and Warrants. The Company shall, prior to the Closing Date, take all actions and provide all notices and other communications necessary to accomplish the treatment of Company Options and Warrants set forth in Sections 2.8(d), (e) and (f) hereof, including, without limitation, obtaining the consent of each holder of Vested In-The-Money Company Options and In-The-Money Warrants to such treatment.
