Maturity Date; Prepayment. Upon the Maturity Date, all sums due and owing under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall be repaid in full. All payments due to Lender under this Agreement, whether at the Maturity Date or otherwise, shall be paid in immediately available funds. Amounts owing under the Note may be prepaid by Borrower, upon not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice to Lender, in whole or in part, at any time, without premium or penalty.
