Maximize Throughput Sample Clauses

The "Maximize Throughput" clause is designed to ensure that a party, typically a service provider or manufacturer, operates at the highest possible capacity to deliver goods or services efficiently. In practice, this clause may require the provider to utilize all available resources, minimize downtime, and prioritize the client's orders to achieve the greatest output within a given timeframe. Its core function is to guarantee optimal productivity, thereby meeting demand and reducing delays, which helps both parties achieve their business objectives more effectively.
Maximize Throughput. As a general rule, Customer shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to make, and Provider shall use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with, Nominations under this Agreement (whether in respect of Receipt Points or Delivery Points) in a manner that is reasonably likely to (i) maximize volumetric throughput in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ System (whether relating to Customer Gas, Customer Injected NGLs, or other volumes in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ System), and (ii) utilize any excess capacity available at any Receipt Points and Delivery Points.

  • Baseline For purposes of measuring a reduction in net tax revenue, the interim final rule measures actual changes in tax revenue relative to a revenue baseline (baseline).   • Volumes The Authority gives no guarantees of volumes. Any volumes mentioned in this Contract, are indicative only and shall not be binding on the Authority.

  • Contract Quantity The Contract Quantity during each Contract Year is the amount set forth in the applicable Contract Year in Section D of the Cover Sheet (“Delivery Term Contract Quantity Schedule”), which amount is inclusive of outages.

  • Uptime bookinglab shall ensure that the Booking Service will be available, excluding Downtime caused by Scheduled Maintenance, Emergency Maintenance or Force Majeure event, 99.5% of the time in any one calendar month (first day to last day) (the “Service Level”). The Service Level will not apply (and therefore no Service Credits will be applicable) to the extent that any Service Level Failure is caused by: (a) a Penetration Test conducted by Customer without the prior written approval of bookinglab; or (b) Customer’s failure to comply with specific instructions provided by bookinglab; or (c) a failure of the Customer to comply with any Customer responsibility or obligation detailed in a Statement of Work, Order Form or the Master Subscription Agreement; or (d) Customer’s failure to adhere to JRNI’s or bookinglab’s best practice guidelines for the use of the API.

  • Year 2000 Compatibility Take all actions necessary to assure the Borrower's computer based systems are able to operate and effectively process data on and after January 1, 2000. At the request of the Lender, the Borrower shall provide the Lender with assurance acceptable to the Lender that Borrower's computer systems have Year 2000 compatibility.
