Common use of Maximum Allocation Clause in Contracts

Maximum Allocation. The maximum financial benefit for emergency assistance for an indigent veteran or family member will not exceed $1,200 during a 12-month period and $3,600 over a lifetime. Exceptions to these limits may be made with three signatures from designated members of the Clallam County Veterans Association.
