Maximum Allowable Sales Price and Closing Costs. The purchase price for the sale of the Home by the Owner to the Eligible Purchaser shall not exceed the Maximum Allowable Sales Price calculated by the City pursuant to Section 17.33.070 (B) of the Affordable Housing Ordinance and Section 10 above, as set forth in the First City Response Notice. The Maximum Allowable Sales Price shall not include closing costs paid by the Eligible Purchaser. The closing costs paid by the Eligible Purchaser shall not exceed reasonable and customary buyers' closing costs in the County of Monterey.

Maximum Allowable Sales Price and Closing Costs. The purchase price for the sale of the Home by the Owner to the Proposed Purchaser shall not exceed the Maximum Allowable Sales Price calculated by the City pursuant to Section 10 above, as set forth in the First City Response Notice. The Maximum Allowable Sales Price shall not include closing costs paid by the Proposed Purchaser. The closing costs paid by the Proposed Purchaser shall not exceed reasonable and customary buyers' closing costs in the County of Contra Costa.

  • Closing Costs The costs attributed to the Closing of the Property shall be the responsibility of ☐ Buyer ☐ Seller ☐ Both Parties. The fees and costs related to the Closing shall include but not be limited to a title search (including the abstract and any owner’s title policy), preparation of the deed, transfer taxes, recording fees, and any other costs by the title company that is in standard procedure with conducting the sale of a property.

  • ALLOWABLE COSTS AND PAYMENTS A. The method of payment for this contract will be based on actual cost plus a fixed fee. COUNTY will reimburse CONSULTANT for actual costs (including labor costs, employee benefits, travel, equipment rental costs, overhead and other direct costs) incurred by CONSULTANT in performance of the work. CONSULTANT will not be reimbursed for actual costs that exceed the estimated wage rates, employee benefits, travel, equipment rental, overhead, and other estimated costs set forth in the approved CONSULTANT’S COST PROPOSAL as referenced and defined in Exhibit “C”, unless additional reimbursement is provided for by contract amendment. In no event, will CONSULTANT be reimbursed for overhead costs at a rate that exceeds COUNTY’s approved overhead rate set forth in the COST PROPOSAL. In the event, that COUNTY determines that a change to the work from that specified in the COST PROPOSAL and AGREEMENT is required, the AGREEMENT time or actual costs reimbursable by COUNTY shall be adjusted by written agreement or task order to accommodate the changed work. The maximum total cost as specified in Paragraph “H” shall not be exceeded, unless authorized by written agreement.

  • CLOSING COSTS AND ADJUSTMENTS All adjustments are made as of settlement date.

  • Non-allowable Grant Expenditures The Grantee agrees to expend all grant funds received under this agreement solely for the purposes for which they were authorized and appropriated. Expenditures shall be in compliance with the state guidelines for allowable project costs as outlined in the Department of Financial Services’ Reference Guide for State Expenditures, incorporated by reference (dated February 2011), which are available online at xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxxxxxxx_xxxxx. In addition, the following are not allowed as grant or matching expenditures:

  • Allowable Costs Allowable Costs are restricted to costs that comply with the Texas Uniform Grant Management Standards (UGMS) and applicable state and federal rules and law. The Parties agree that all the requirements of the UGMS apply to this Contract, including the criteria for Allowable Costs. Additional federal requirements apply if this Contract is funded, in whole or in part, with federal funds.

  • Reimbursable Expenses; Maximum Total Payment; Invoicing District will make no payment until this Contract is fully executed by the authorized representatives of both parties.

  • Unallowable Costs Costs that are unallowable under other sections of these principles shall not be allowable under this section solely on the basis that they constitute personnel compensation.

  • Maximum Total Payment Including the reimbursable expenses shown above (if any), the maximum total payment under this Contract is $ ; this is a not-to-exceed amount, and the District will not pay more than this amount unless specifically agreed to in an amendment executed by the parties.

  • CONTRACT PRICE/PRICE LIMITATION/ PAYMENT 5.1 The contract price, method of payment, and terms of payment are identified and more particularly described in EXHIBIT C which is incorporated herein by reference.

  • Contract Price Adjustment The basis upon which the Contract Price shall be adjusted is as set out in paragraph 9.2 of Schedule IVB.
