Common use of Maximum Amount Not-To-Exceed Compensation Clause in Contracts

Maximum Amount Not-To-Exceed Compensation. For Services identified in the Work Authorization as payable on a "Maximum Amount Not-To-Exceed" basis, compensation to Consultant shall be based upon the Salary Costs as described in Exhibit B up to a maximum not-to-exceed amount specified in the Work Authorization.
