Common use of Maximum and Rate Clause in Contracts

Maximum and Rate. The total grant payable to Subrecipient by City for the CDBG-funded activity described in this Agreement SHALL NOT EXCEED the sum of $<AMOUNT> (herein "Not to Exceed Amount"), pursuant to the activity budget, included as Exhibit B to this Agreement.
