Common use of Maximum Commitment/Limitation Clause in Contracts

Maximum Commitment/Limitation. The maximum number of RPS Attributes NYSERDA shall be obligated to purchase under this Agreement shall be equal to 105 percent of the Bid Quantity multiplied by the number of years in the Contract Delivery Term.
